10-Week Program
My 10-week program is conducted over Zoom, allowing you to take my course no matter where you are.
The course takes place over 10 weeks, with one individual lesson per week, each lasting approximately 1 hour.
Course Outline
- Week 1 – Active Listening and Paraphrasing
Develop active listening skills and learn how to paraphrase effectively to build trust and clarity in communication. - Weeks 2 and 3 – Asking Questions
Learn to ask effective, open-ended questions that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving. - Week 4 – Culture
Understand cultural differences and learn strategies for effective communication in multicultural teams. - Weeks 5 and 6 – Feedback
Learn to give and receive constructive feedback effectively. - Weeks 7 and 8 – Conflict
Develop skills to resolve conflicts effectively in IT teams. - Weeks 9 and 10 – Individual Focus
Address individual student needs and areas for improvement.
The 10-week course is available for just €400, payable in two payments via PayPal. One payment of €240 must be made prior to starting the course, and the balance of €160 will be invoiced before the start of the ninth lesson.
If you want additional lessons after completing the 10-week course, they are available, tailored to your needs, at €35 per hour.
Ad Hoc Courses
In addition to my 10-week course, I offer ad hoc courses tailored to your needs.
These are offered as a single, hour-long class or a series of four one-hour classes spread over a month.
The single class is available for €45 while the four-class bundle costs just €170.
Payment is to be made via PayPal before the class(es) begin.
